Refer a successful new client and receive 10% of the contract value up to 12 months term.
Expansions
Expansions within the first 12 months, receive a 10% referral fee on the contract value difference.
Expansions from the 13-36th month will receive 2% of contract value difference.
Renewals
Deals with active broker representation will receive 2% on contract value.
